How do I start my trip using the QR code?

Once your booking is confirmed and you meet the host, ask them to generate a verification code. Scan the QR code using your Sawari Saathi app to officially start your trip. You will do this again at drop-off to complete it.

What is the cancellation policy?

If your booking status is 'CONFIRMED', you can cancel up to 24 hours before the trip starts (12 hours for Platinum users). Trips that are still 'PENDING' can be cancelled at any time without penalty.

How do I earn reward points?

Reward points are automatically credited to your account once your trip is marked as 'COMPLETED' by scanning the final QR code. Points are based on the total price of your ride.

Do I need to pay for fuel?

Yes, vehicles are usually provided with a certain fuel level. You are expected to return the vehicle with the exact same amount of fuel, or the host may charge you the difference.

My verification document was rejected. What do I do?

Ensure that your driver's license or ID is clear, well-lit, and not expired. You can re-upload your documents by going to your Profile Settings > Verification.
